Your safeword will change automatically
The planned app will use the same cryptographic idea as two-factor authentication to generate a new safeword on a schedule you choose. Every device with the shared seed should show the same word without a server connection.

The planned app will let a group share a setup QR code in person. Each member device should derive the same rotating safeword from a shared cryptographic seed without accounts or cloud sync.
For members who prefer simple invitations
The planned app may open your phone's messaging app with an invite or reminder. It should not send the current safeword by SMS or send messages on your behalf.
Challenge-response verification
The planned app may add challenge-response prompts with time-based answers, plus an emergency static fallback for situations where someone cannot access their device.
